What to include in your message

- Environmental — ambient, freezer, washdown, outdoor
- Cycle count — one-way or closed-loop
- Annual volume — how many units per year
The more we know upfront, the faster we can return a spec sheet. Nothing gets sold into the wrong application this way.
What happens after you send the form
1. Intake
We confirm your spec details and identify any gaps — rack beam span, unit-load geometry, environmental constraints.
2. Spec sheet
Within one business day you receive a spec sheet with pallet recommendation, load ratings, and pricing from the nearest yard.
3. Sample
For orders above 100 units we will send a physical sample for fit and handling validation before you commit.
4. Delivery
Stocked pallets ship in 5 business days or fewer. Custom orders run 3–6 weeks depending on mold availability.
